Our goal is the establishment of healthy working environment. We have planned an Occupational Health and Safety Program to avoid unsafe situations and to increase the safety and comfort of regulations. Safety is a top priority at Construction working area – our ultimate goal is zero lost workdays due to accidents or injury.
We, as a Bored Piling Contractor, will ensure that Management will provide a safe work site, information about and access to proper safety equipment and work habits, and work to ensure that physical and health hazards are guarded against or eliminated.
We ensure that Workers shall work in a responsible manner so as to not endanger themselves or their fellow workers. They shall report unsafe situation to their supervisor and wear all appropriate safety gear as directed.
We will ensure that Visitors and sub-contractors shall obey all safety regulations as posted, wear the appropriate safety gear as directed, and shall act in a manner so as not to endanger themselves or others.
- Compliance with regulation policies about ESH guidelines.
- Complianc To provide safe and healthy conditions for employment of all staff.e with regulation policies about ESH guidelines.
- Wear a helmet and vest during the entire working hours.
- Switching off all the machinery and equipment before leaving.
- Safety Program requires the participation of all employees to improve safety awareness and to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide clear instructions, information, and adequate training; to ensure personnel/employees are competent to carry out their duties
- Operate and maintain the plant & machinery as such to minimize the risk to humans and the environment.
- HSE shall be conduct once a month.

Department of Labour Malaysia (JTK) – Accomodation permit
Safety Awareness Training at Workplace
Tool Box Meetings are brief and informal safety meetings that take place on the job site. Held prior to the start of job shifts, toolbox talk topics discuss identification, prevention, and first aid response to hazards associated with the tasks at the job site.
These meetings can be short at just 5-10 minutes; however, as simple and short as it may seem, toolbox talks have been shown to promote a greater safety culture within the work environment.
Fire extinguishers can be a small but it is an important part of any fire safety plan. They can save lives and property by putting out a small fire or suppressing it until the fire department (BOMBA) arrives.
But it’s important to learn how to use a fire extinguisher before there is a fire emergency important.
Heavy construction can be dangerous when not used properly and workers working around this heavy machinery should be aware of the dangers of associated with machinery operation.
This training is for construction workers to take steps to mitigate potential accidents.
